To request the deletion of your User Account for the Splot Time Balancer application (hereinafter: the “Application”) and any associated personal data processed by Mruki Marcin Adamski, please use one of the methods below.
Deletion of the User's account and data from within the Application by following these steps:
log in to your account,
select the "edit account" option from the main menu (which appears after pressing the icon in the top-right corner of the screen),
enter the password for your account,
press the "delete account" button located to the right of the "Update" button,
confirm the deletion of the account and all data associated with it.
The account and data will be deleted immediately upon the successful completion of the above procedure.
Send an urgent request for data deletion to the email address: dpo@mruki.com. The message must be sent from the email address associated with the account you wish to delete. Confirmation of the account and data deletion will be provided via a reply message.
IMPORTANT! Please note that deleting an account permanently deletes all data associated with that account. The data will be irretrievably lost and cannot be recovered.
